The Art of Meal Prep: Tips for a Stress-Free Week
Preparation of meals is a good strategy to minimize on time and stress while ensuring that one eats healthy during the week. First, try to plan your meals for the week; select recipes that use some of the same ingredients so that not as much goes to waste. Spend some of your time on the weekend preparing meals and then storing them in portion sizes in containers. Select good quality containers for food storage so that you can have foods in order and fresh for consumption.

Use dates to label the containers so that you can easily know the date when the food items were placed in the containers.
